Whether you've undergone the rehab or hospitalisation process or not, the true test of your recovery unfolds when you start trying to navigating society. While addiction and/or mental health recovery is a transformative journey, it presents its share of challenges and, unfortunately, can lead to isolation for many.

Engaging in recovery coaching establishes a professional relationship where we collaborate on crucial goals for your life in the real world. It's an opportunity for us to form an authentic and reliable connection, allowing us to pinpoint obstacles and devise strategies for overcoming them.

Together, we can enhance your resilience in facing the world's challenges and opportunities, providing clarity, understanding, and empowering you to take meaningful action on your new path forward.

Coaching works on a sliding scale of how much support you require, from a minimum of a couple of hours a week of face-to-face or online support, to every day check ins and meet-ups. We’ll discuss your goals of recovery and how you could achieve them.
